Club Rules (Post 27th AGM - 14th May 1999) |
| 1.
|
Safety Drill. A prolonged blast on a whistle will be used in
the event of an emergency. Everybody in the water will immediately go to
the side of the pool nearest to them and wait for further instructions.
These will normally be given by the Chief Instructor, or the Deputy. |

No member may enter the water without the consent, normally,
of the Chief Instructor or the Deputy. |
| 3.
|
All full members must provide a Medical Certificate to the
effect that they are fit to take part in water activities. |
| 4.
|
The Chief Instructor, or the Deputy, will be responsible
during swim sessions, for all Discipline, Organisation and Safety. All
members will follow their instructions. |
| 5.
|
Instructors and helpers will not use the Club for personal
gain or publicity. |
| 6.
|
The Club hereby excludes any liability in respect of any
damage to, or theft from, articles of clothing, or any other personal
effects. |

Swimming
at Motcombe Pool, in the Old Town area of Eastbourne, every Sunday
afternoon with the Sovereign Swimming Club for Disabled People.
